Black Belt Testing Results

On Saturday, April 5th our school had a Black Belt Testing run by Grandmaster Crandall, who was assisted by six of the Master Instructors. Black Belt exams are extremely important for the accurate continuation of the style, so much so that this testing was held for one individual who was ready to test for 2nd Degree Black Belt.
We are very happy to announce that Kaiden Salsberg successfully passed the prerequisite written exam a week and a half ago, and successfully completed the 2.5 hour physical segment of the testing today. The physical segment included empty hand katas, weapons forms, standing wazas, seiza wazas, self-defense against a knife and gun, kick takedowns, ippon kumites, hanza escape techniques, basic and advanced forms, and sparring multiple attackers.
