Grandmaster Crandall was interviewed by Spectrum News 1 as a fitness expert. The segment is about weight training for seniors. Grandmaster Crandall also encourages seniors on ways to get active through his monthly column and accompanying video PSA for the Daily Sentinel called Still Alive and Kicking. Weightlifting tips for senior citizens

We’re encouraged to work out and take care of our bodies, but it’s important to know how to properly work out, especially as we age.

Clifford Crandall has been lifting free weights for more than 60 years. He offered tips for other senior citizens on how to stay fit.

Some of those tips include having proper form and being willing to ask for help.
