On Monday after, November 20, Grandmaster Crandall stopped by the the studios at 955 The Heat for an interview with Utica Phoenix owner and CEO Cassandra Harris-Lockwood. The interview covered a range of topics from Grandmaster Crandall''s recent body buidling competition to some of the classes and programs offered at the American Martial Arts Institute. It was a great interview.
