Grandmaster Crandall on Spectrum News

On December 22, Spectrum News 1 featured Grandmaster Crandall and our school (American Martial Arts Institute) in a segment called: 'Alive and Kicking': Utica martial arts master inspiring seniors to get active and stay active as they age.

The full video is now available online.

Spectrum News members can view it unlimited times, but if you are a guest to the website, you can watch up to five videos before needing to become a member, so you may be able to view it now.

The segment is an inspirational piece by reporter Melissa Krull about how Grandamaster Crandall's Still Alive and Kicking program is "inspiring seniors to get active and stay active as they age to promote health, fun and motivate younger generations."

All of the Still Alive and Kicking videos are available for free at StillAliveAndKicking.org and at AMAI-EagleStyle.com (under the community menu). We are proud to have our school and teacher, Grandmaster Crandall, featured for the community and hope that videos truly help people of all ages to get out and get active.
