EMPTY HAND

CLASSES

AMERICAN EAGLE STYLE

is a traditional empty-hand martial art style.  "Empty-Hand" is the literal interpretation of the Japanese word "Karate" and refers to using the parts of the body for self-defense as opposed to a traditional "weapon" such as a sword.

American Eagle Style is offered in classes for adults (ages 13 and older), children (ages 6-12), and Superkick (ages 3-5).  We also offer a non-ranking program called the Open System.
