Self Defense on the Radio

Grandmaster Crandall stopped by the Bill Keeler show on WIBX 950 to discuss awareness, avoidance, and self-defense, especially women's self-defense, which has been a popular topic recently with so many students preparing to graduate and go off to college for the first time. In addition to safety and self defense information, Grandmaster Crandall discussed two upcoming Women's Self Defense seminars.

One will be held at the Oneida Family YMCA on Thursday, June 15 at 5:30 pm, and the other is at the American Martial Arts Institute on Saturday, June 17 at 10 am. Both seminars are taught by Grandmaster Crandall and Headmaster Stalloch with assistance from our staff. More information at JoinAMAI.com
