ABOUT SUPERKICK PLUS: (From American Eagle Style Superkick Workbook, 2nd Edition. Page 100) " The Superkick Program exists for boys and girls who are 3, 4, and 5 years old. To test for Superkick Plus, we are looking at a child that has not only achieved some physical skills, but has also successfully demonstrated a higher level of focus, attention span, good listening skills, and is becoming more self-confident.
The student who successfully passes a testing for Superkick Plus will wear a Superkick Plus patch on the sleeve of their uniform. Superkick Plus students fall in at the right front corner of the training hall.
Superkick Plus students will be shown the next three moves to the top of the “I” pattern of Pal-Gwe 1. Superkick Plus students have the opportunity to learn one additional basic form (palm heel strike), and additional kick (reverse crescent kick), and an additional mat technique (backwards roll)."
